REQ: JTAG pinout on DNS-323 CON5

Inherited a DNS-323 old unit with a constant blue led blinking on power button.
I suspect firmware issue, as I got no connection entry detected on my router log.

The old tutorials link (since 2013) found by Google are not working anymore.

I could solder on a 2*5 GPIO JTAG pin to the CON5, but I need the pinout for RS232.
Should I use a serial or null modem cable?

Where could I find the tools for Windows?
I could use Linux if thats the only option.

Please help.

Thanks in advance

Neither. It's 3.3V TTL, so you'll need an (USB to Serial) convertor. Something like this.
