HI everyone:
I seemed to have some issues with trying to use Automatic to download some TV Shows all of a sudden.
I'm running automatic 0.8.2 on a DNS-320L on FFP7, and I have the following in my automatic.conf file:
feed = { url => "https://eztv.ag/ezrss.xml"
cookie => ""
id => 1
url_pattern => ""
url_replace => ""
filter = { pattern => "(?!.*(720p|1080p))*Theory"
folder => "/mnt/HD/HD_a2/folder/The Big Bang Theory/"
feedid => 1
}
filter = { pattern => "The.Big.Bang.Theory*.S1[0-2]E*.HDTV"
folder => "/mnt/HD/HD_a2/folder/The Big Bang Theory/"
feedid => 1
I'm basically trying to monitor/watch the EZTV RSS feeds, and wants to download The Big Bang Theory. I've edited/update the automatic.conf file, and restarted the daemon by issue the /ffp/start/automatic.sh restart command. However, no torrents seemed to be downloaded, and this is shown in the automatic.log file:
../src/automatic.c, 702: Automatic version: 0.8.2 (4ceb0cc)
../src/state.c, 111: Restored 0 old entries
../src/automatic.c, 290: 2 feed URLs
../src/automatic.c, 291: Read 7 filters from config file
[16/09/28 01:22:41] ../src/automatic.c, 736: Daemon started
I had automatic worknbg before when I was download "last season's" TV shows - Bones (Season 11), Masterchef Australia Season 8, etc, and when the shows went on their end of season break, automatic has been sitting there doing nothing, until I'm just going to start getting it to grab my shows again and this comes up.
Anyone has any ideas what could I have missed?
Thanks in advance.

I have no clue what your problem is. Could you please send me your config file as a sample? I really need a config file just to see how to do this matching. The main problem I think you are having is that you are using EZTV. EZTV got shutdown 2 years ago now. You are pretty much just downloading virus's now.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EZTV
https://torrentfreak.com/eztv-shuts-dow … er-150518/
The group that tookover their site in a hostile takeover move has been doing nothing but bad things and putting virus and trojans in their downloads and probably rooting your box and using it as a slave in their zombie network and uploading all your credit card details.
Even if they are not doing anything bad, its really bad etiquette to use a bunch of spammers releases who have taken over a groups website with no intentions of actually providing good content.
