how to install Resilio Sync package (ex BitTorrent Sync) on DNS-323 ? help pls

Just extract the tarball, and execute the rslsync binary inside. Then you can login over the webinterface to configure it. The armhf will not work for you. The arm probably won't either, due to an incompatible instructionset or too less memory. (The 18MB binary has to be loaded in memory, and then there must be enough free to actually run it)
