recovering from drive failure?

Hi.
I had a drive failure and I just got a fresh drive back from the manufacturer.  When both drives were previously working, it was set up as a RAID 1 system, with both drives containing the same mirrored data.

Can anyone please advise me on how to return the system to a RAID 1 configuration after installing the new drive?  Do I have to copy off the data, reformat both drives and then copy the data back on or is there a quicker way to do this by just copying the data from the working drive over to the new drive?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

Re: recovering from drive failure?

Assuming you have not changed the configuration, simply install the replacement drive and then log in to the web interface and follow the prompts.
