Of course I just found out through this forum that the g600 has problems detecting anything over 250GB. What is the best solution to get this disk detected and working? The disk is the Hitachi DESKSTAR 7K500 500GB ATA133. The controller should be able to handle that. I bought the box through DELL, want to use it as a media box (music, photo's etc). Please help!

Hmm, upgraded firmware to us version, restart and now the first option I get is "Format Hard Drive". YES please!
