An email response from D-Link to my question got me the answer "USB 1.0" which was what I sort of expected, but did not stop me from being disappointed. However the Wiki says "usb 2.0". Does anyone know why ? ... Dave

Well - what I can tell you is that I have personally tested throughput on that port and achieved speeds higher than USB 1.0 and USB 1.1 are capable of.
