Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

e2fsck on RAID1 disks with fonz funplug

I get warnings like this in dmesg on boot:
EXT2-fs warning: mounting unchecked fs, running e2fsck is recommended

This thread http://dns323.kood.org/forum/t133-Raid- … dmesg.html says that you have to umount /dev/md0 before running e2fsck on it.
But I cannot umount because it is in use!
A ps gives that the telnet-deamon is run from the mounted disc, and without telnet I cannot login to the unit...

Has anyone figured out how to run e2fsck with this setup?

Re: e2fsck on RAID1 disks with fonz funplug

e2fsck always finds some errors on my RAID1 after restart, usually some minor ones.
It looks as if the RAID shutdown during power off procedure fails- and it makes me feel uneasy about the security of the data stored there...
