I used Fonz's fun_plug and set telnet to require a password before changing the root password as documented. Now, I can't figure out how to switch it back to autologon via telnet in order to do so. My only access to edit these files is as a plain $ user with no means to su. Can anyone offer advice on best way? thanks-

I can tell you one way to do it - remove the fun_plug and start over.
