'was playing around with 1.04b61 and see this, which is new for me..:
Disk /dev/sda: 750.1 GB, 750156374016 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 91201 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/sda1 1 66 530113+ 82 Linux swap
/dev/sda2 131 91118 730861110 83 Linux
/dev/sda4 67 130 514080 83 Linux
I have sda4 and sdb4... wasting around 500M of disk space.. Is that normal? 1.04b58 didn't produce more then two partitions each drive....

Did 1.04b61 make an additional raid0 device? (/dev/md1) from /dev/sda4 /dev/sdb4
Another curious thing is the partition types. /dev/sda2 and /dev/sda4 are ID '83 Linux'.
I would expect them to be partition type ID 'fd Linux raid autodetect'

I think I discovered why the partition type is '83 Linux'.
The version of mdadm v2.2 in D-link FW v1.03 doesn't have the
autodetect feature.
# mdadm --version mdadm - v2.2 - 5 December 2005
Just curious, what version of mdadm is in FW v1.04B61?

Nope.. only one raid device. The other two partitions aren't used at all...
I'll have to check the mdadm version tonight.. 'don't have immediate access.
