I have an odd problem with my DNS-323
For some reason, it has decided to no longer give me access to a specific file. All other files seem fine, but there is one word document it won't allow me access to.
I cleared all user and group settings and gave read/write access to ALL accounts and yet still it won't let me access this one word document.
Through windows, the security reading on the giles says:
User or Group Names:
unix_user.503 (DNS-323\unix_user.503)
Permissions say all, yet I have no access (can't open or copy the file.)
Any help here would be greatly appreciated!

Have exact the same problem!??
I connect to the DNS 323 from two different computers and the file is locked from one of them (different account names).
Tried to restart DNS-323 but that did not help.
Use a Raid 1 installation on firmware 1.03.
Lots of serius file handling problem with this unit?
I am also needing help and a explanations, I buyed the NAS unit for safe storage of my criticle files.

PS: It seems to be dangerous to use DNS-323 for its main purpuse. I have read lots of discutions about problems with filesystems (ext3), raid 1 configurations and so on.
