Unfortunately no one can be told what fun_plug is - you have to see it for yourself.

I'm installing netatalk from source so I can connect my Macs to my DNS-323. I'm getting the error:
E: You must put some 'source' URIs in your sources.list
Currently, my sources.list consists of:
deb http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian stable main contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org stable/updates main contrib non-free
which works fine for pre-compiled apt-get stuff. I added various things to the sources.list file to try to solve the problem, giving different errors. When I update sources.list to include some standard source servers, like this:
deb http://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian stable main contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org stable/updates main contrib non-free
deb-src http://http.us.debian.org/debian stable main contrib non-free
deb-src http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US stable/non-US main contrib non-free
I get this error:
E: Could not open file /var/lib/apt/lists/http.us.debian.org_debian_dists_stable_main_source_Sources - open (2 No such file or directory)
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance!

Ah, ignore me - solved it Ran apt-get update and apt-get dist-upgrade, that did the trick.
