DNS-323 automatic restart after power outage

DNS-323 firmware B1 and restart after power failure feature
Would it be possible for D-Link to add this feature to the next firmware version.
a. After a power failure, have a feature to either enable or disable a power on, after 'x' seconds of power being applied.
Where 'x' seconds could be a variable between 5 and 20 seconds
    and
The enable and disable would be check boxes
My DNS-323 is connected to a UPS, but last night we had to power for 12 hours, which exhausted the batteries on the UPS, and then when power was restored, I had to push on power button on the DNS-323 to start it.
I checked Wiki and found that you can easily solder a capacitor onto the switch to perform this feature, but I do not want to do that, since it would void the warranty on the DNS-323. http://dns323.kood.org/hardware:autopo … 1_hardware

Have a look here:

Not possible with firmware, but you can do it yourself by modifying the hardware.
