DSM-G600, DNS-3xx and NSA-220 Hack Forum

Well, the new firmware came out on the 18th and it supports divx..or it's supposed to (i haven't gotten it to work with the pc based media servers i've tried). Anyone had any success with the PS3 Firmware 2.10 and DNS-323 1.04b63 and divx?

So were exactly are people downlaoding the 1.04b63 firmware from? I've tried the links above and browsing (via ftp) the US and EMEA D-Link support sites but I can find nothing more recent than 1.03b41.

As Santa kindly brought me a PS3 for Christmas then I'd really love to be able to stream audio / movies and view the pictures I have stored on my DNS-323.

Thanks transient - 1.04b63 is running just fine and streaming those mp3 tracks beautifully.

even registered, it all appears there, also comments on the site is impressive, certainly want that firmware,  but it says (google translation) that there is not enough traffic points. (it saiys that my username is registered and logged in), it won't allow a click and lights on the left are red
I can't post on their site as I can't post in German.......yet.
Is there another option?

Just out of curiosity - if I uploaded a file called - let's say "NAS202B_DLINKEu_DNS323.1.04b71_1.30.0104.2008_.zip" - would you download that and try to flash it to your DNS-323 also?

I'm using this firmware on my device, this is the 1.0b63 firmware..so pls : Download, unzip, check the files....update the firmware if u want

1.DDNS -> Timeout value can not be changed from 576. If a user's ip resets every   48 hrs they can not tell DDNS to update every 48 hours because it is locked at 576 and gives an error.
2.Fixed clock drift issue.
3.FTP Server : remove Unicode and add Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese into the supported list. And this modification makes more ftp clients to being supported.
4.UPnP AV and iTunes Server : fixed mp3 is unrecognized and can't be display correctly when id3 tag is not encoded by Unicode issue.
5.Fixed : Avoid putting a set of previously formatted Raid1 drives back to the unit will trigger a
reformatting operation issue.
6.Quota setting: a minus number is not allowed to be as a quota input value.

9.Show error message when invalid Email address's format is input by user.
10.To block user to create a folder name with special characters like: ',<,? and etc.
11.System->configuration settings : if user upload a wrong configuration file,show an error message.
12.Quota Setting: avoid to input a quota value that is larger than the total available size of HDD.
13.Schedule Downloads : fixed incremental backup unworkable issue.

Upgraded from the previous one....

The time drifting seems to be gone.... very minimal drift at least....

I am syncronizing with nist servers (using Ip address)

I did not reformat this time - I did with the previous firmware.

I have it configured as RAID0.... 2 500 GB Samsung HD

I am also using TwonkyMedia 4.4.4.4 RC1  and it works....
